Conditions of Booking 

One third deposit is required with any booking and the balance is to be paid no later than four weeks prior to the beginning of the booked period. In the event that you have to cancel a booking, the following conditions apply:

For cancellation prior to time of final payment, the deposit will be returned to you, less £10 to cover administration costs. For cancellations after the time of the payment, the final payment will be returned, but not the deposit. If we succeed in re-letting the cancelled period, the deposit will be returned to you, though less the £10 administration fee. In your own interest, you are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover such an eventuality.

The cottage is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday, when visitors are expected to arrive after 3.00 p.m. (15:00) and to vacate by 10 a.m. (10:00) on the day of departure. This ensures that the cottage can be cleaned before each arrival.
