Who We Are

We are a group of independent, private cottage owners, who promote our rental properties via this site, as well as via a range of more traditional advertising methods and, of course, word-of-mouth.

What we do not do is to let our properties via any of the major commercial players. In this way, we get a fair return on letting our properties and you too get a reasonably-priced holiday, without indirectly paying for glossy brochures and expensive offices.

Where We Are

Lettings are coordinated by people who are permanently resident in the village.

They will organize keys for your arrival, as well as handling any little problems which may occur during your stay in this picturesque, old world village.

Lympstone really is an ideal holiday centre, being centrally located for a wealth of activities and attractions in this beautiful area of England.

If you are a visitor from abroad, then the historic county town of Exeter should not be missed. It has fine pedestrianised shopping facilities, a magnificent cathedral and grounds and river walks, pubs and cafes.

Exmouth, situated around 3 miles (4 Km) away from Lympstone and easily reached by car or by train, has a magnificent beach, 2 miles (3 Km) long, with safe areas to swim as well as reserved areas for a range of water sports.

Beautiful Dartmoor, with its wild ponies, pony trekking, magnificent walks and a live Abbey at Buckfast is also a must.
